• Ethereum Dencun upgrade potentially delayed until early next year. The decision depends on if Dencun is deployed on public testnet before Devconnect in November.

• Optimism sells over 116 million $OP tokens worth nearly $160 million to seven private buyers. The tokens are subject to a two-year lockup period, but can be used for governance purposes.

• Chainlink CCIP is live on Arbitrum. Chainlink CCIP provides developers tools to create natively cross-chain apps.

• Linear Finance exploited. The attacker was able to mint unlimited $LAAVE and traded it for $LUSD, resulting in the price going to zero.
