💰 Mt. Gox to Start Bitcoin Repayments

Repayment Plan Details: Mt. Gox will distribute $9 billion in Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash to creditors from early July. This decision is part of the rehabilitation plan approved in 2018 to compensate creditors for their losses.

Trustee's Statement: Nobuaki Kobayashi, the trustee, confirmed the distribution and emphasized the importance of accurate documentation for successful claims. He urged creditors to verify their information promptly.

Action Required by Creditors: Creditors must submit necessary documentation by the end of June to ensure participation in the repayment. Failure to comply could result in forfeiture of their claims. Read More.
